Question 2: What material do you use to make your furniture?

We use a combination of solid pine, oak, wood veneer, and/or laminated engineered wood products to make our furniture. Our products are backed by our commitment to quality and state-of-the-art technology. All products are designed to give you many years of dependable use and satisfaction.

Question 3: Where can we buy your furniture?

Dynamic Furniture products can be purchased from many retail stores in Canada, United States and Mexico. Please contact Dynamic Furniture Corp. to find a store near you.

Question 4: Can we purchase directly from Dynamic Furniture Corp?

No. Dynamic Furniture relies on its vast network of retailers across Canada, United States and Mexico to sell all of our products.

Question 5: Where can we get a price quote for your products?

Dynamic Furniture products can be purchased from many retail stores in Canada, United States and Mexico. Your local furniture retailer will be happy to provide you with a price quote. Please note that retailers set their own prices, which may vary from store to store.

Question 6: Why are there colour and grain pattern variations on your solid wood furniture?

Furniture made from solid wood and wood veneers is as natural and unique as the trees they come from. Variations in colour and grain patterns tell us that no two trees are alike. The knots in your furniture are permanent reminders of where the branches once grew in a tree. These ingrained features not only enhance the natural beauty of your furniture, but also make it one of a kind.

Question 7: Do your products come with a warranty?

Yes. All Dynamic Furniture products are guaranteed for one (1) year against workmanship and material defects, effective the date of original purchase from the retailer. This warranty does not apply in case of damage due to negligence, misuse, improper cleaning or extreme dryness / humidity in your home. Your furniture retail store will be glad to address any questions you have about your warranty.

Question 8: How can we properly care for, and extend the life of, our Dynamic furniture?

With proper care, your Dynamic Furniture products will give you many years of dependable use and satisfaction. Please use the following guidelines in caring for your furniture:

Cleaning Instructions

  • Wipe furniture with a soft, clean, damp cloth.
  • Wipe once again with a soft, dry cloth.
  • If you wish to use cleaners, ensure that they are appropriate for the furniture. Please note that our products are made of a variety of materials, such as paper laminates, solid wood and glass. Use appropriate cleaners.

Extending the Life of Your Furniture

  • Do not place any hot objects directly on the surface.
  • Wipe any spills immediately.
  • Do not place furniture in direct sunlight.
  • Maintain a humidity factor of at least 30% in your home if you purchased a product that contains solid wood. It can get damaged due to extreme dryness.

Question 9: Where can we order missing parts in order to assemble our furniture?

If you are missing parts (shelves, screws, handles, etc…), please contact the store from which you purchased the product.
